You can contact this site about setting up as an affiliate. They require 500k hits per month on the site to be considered. Pretty good quality merchandise.

You'll need to provide some larger jpg's for everyone to use. I enlarged the logos in the referral page to about 800% to get them fit a t-shirt as a test.
