Dear SpamItBack,

I have purchased a full version of SpamItBack which turned out to be a demo version. A week has passed and nothing had been done! How much time it takes to rebuild an application and to link it with a website??

Since you sell it, some professional approach is required! How in this case can I recommend SpamItBack to other people? (I am pissed off a bit, true).

The users have already posted a bug list, so I do not want to repeat it.
Just I would like to mention essential problems, which prevent your application from being usable.

1. Memory leaks,
2. Editable (add, modify, delete) and saveable spammers list,
3. Saveable message to spammers; copy & paste working,
4. The process must stop in no circumstances (now the "Submit Score" button resumes the process, but it needs frequent user's attention what is not acceptable).

The idea of SpamItBack is excellent, but in my opinion the points above prevent it from taking off.

Thanks -- we are making the new build, and expect it shortly.
As for the memory leaks, we haven't yet been able to isolate where
those are occuring. (On our test machines it seems to work fine).
If you could please provide us with details (i.e., software used to
determine that, send us a copy of the diagnostics, etc) it might help
us better isolate it. Thanks.
