Mail Bombing a spammer can get ME shut down. Is there something I'm misunderstanding about how the system works?

Hi,

There is an option to e-mail back to a spammer, which you can use at
your own discretion, and it is advised you do. There are also several
other options (which essentially simulate visiting a website), such as
Option I, II & IV.
