It wasn’t the prettiest victory, but the Ravens made enough plays in the end to escape with a victory and hold onto their playoff hopes. As expected, there was no shortage of highlights in Lamar Jackson’s first career start at quarterback. Check out all the top plays from Week 11 and vote for your favorite below! Alex Collins 7-yard touchdown run: Collins has largely struggled to get much going this season, averaging just 3.7 YPC. However, one area Collins has been effective is in the redzone. His acceleration and elusiveness is invaluable when Baltimore is within 5-10 yards of the endzone. Here, he does a nice job breaking outside and maneuvering behind blocks from Orlando Brown Jr. and John Brown. Collins 7th rushing touchdown of the season capped off an 11-play, 75-yard opening drive. Lamar Jackson 21-yard rush: Jackson wasted no time using his legs to make an impact on this game. Facing the first third-down situation his career, Jackson took off on a quarterback draw for a 21-yard gain. The middle of the field opened up and Jackson took advantage. It extended the Ravens drive and moved Baltimore across the 50-yard line into Bengals territory http://www.ravensfootballauthentics.com/alex-collins-jersey-authentic , ultimately leading to a touchdown. John Brown 23-yard reception: Baltimore retained possession with under a minute remaining in the first half, looking to add to their 10-7 lead. With 19 seconds on the clock, Jackson made arguably his most impressive play of the game. He escaped multiple sack attempts and scrambled outside the pocket, delivering a strike to John Brown across the middle of the field. Brown did a nice job gaining yards after the catch to advance the ball further into Bengals territory. It set up a Justin Tucker 56-yard field goal just before halftime, which proved crucial in the final outcome of the game. Chris Moore 14-yard reception: With the Ravens down 21-13 and driving into Bengals territory, Chris Moore made arguably the best catch of any Baltimore receiver this season. Jackson’s pass was far from accurate and delivered behind the streaking Moore. However, Moore reached back and made an acrobatic one-handed snag to convert the first down. It kept the Ravens drive alive and helped Baltimore get back into the game. Gus Edwards 11-yard rushing touchdown: Jackson wasn’t the only rookie who had a breakout performance on Sunday. Undrafted free agent Gus Edwards, who showed some flashes in the preseason Youth Willie Snead IV Jersey , led all Baltimore running backs with 17 carries. He made the most his opportunities, rushing for 115 yards. Edwards’ career performance was highlighted late in the third quarter when he scored the game-tying touchdown. After punching it into the endzone, Edwards converted the two-point conversion to tie the game at 21. Marlon Humphrey pass breakup: After allowing a touchdown earlier in the game Humphrey made up for it late in the fourth quarter. With the Bengals facing a 4th & 3 with 1:46 remaining, Andy Dalton attempted a pass to Cody Core. It originally appeared Core had come down with the ball, but Humphrey made a quick break on the ball and knocked it out of his hands. It thwarted a potential Cincinnati comeback and likely saved the Ravens season, keeping their playoff hopes alive. The Ravens blew out the Bills so easily on Sunday that they probably could have won doing just about anything they wanted, but the game provided a glimpse of how Baltimore plans to use both quarterback Joe Flacco and his athletic rookie backup, Lamar Jackson.Jackson got the ball once on the Ravens’ first offensive series http://www.ravensfootballauthentics.com/eric-weddle-jersey-authentic , taking a direct snap while Flacco was split out wide and running up the middle. Later in the first quarter he took another snap and threw a pass. Although Jackson’s run didn’t gain any yardage and his pass was incomplete, he’s hoping his presence is making opposing defenses notice.“They never know wha happen,” Jackson said. “Yeah, it keeps the defense guessing.”Ravens coach John Harbaugh made clear, however, that Jackson needs to do more than just keep defenses guessing. He needs to move the ball.“Well, we wanted to establish him as a threat quickly, not a possible threat. We wanted him to go out there and make plays Womens Lamar Jackson Jersey , and generate plays for us,” Harbaugh said. “The whole idea is to generate offense. I guess a side benefit of it is that people have to prepare for certain things. Of course, tha he Ravens had a 40-0 lead, Jackson replaced Flacco at quarterback and managed to lead one more touchdown drive. Jackson showed some flash Womens Hayden Hurst Jersey , but he certainly didn’t do anything that would suggest he’s going to be replacing Flacco as the starter any time soon. Instead, he’ll get some snaps alongside Flacco, and defenses will be guessing about when those snaps will come.
