Check out CastleCops http://www.castlecops.com/f16-Spam.html
There are sever other ones too, but right now they are down due to their popularity with the spammers. (Ddos) The attacks have been going on since Aug 27. CastleCops is under attack too but able to fend off the excess traffic for now. You can find tools similar to this one plus other alternatives to fighting back. One alternative is complainterator. It semi-automates creating reports to send directly to the registrar of the offending spam domain. It has been quite effective, thus the Ddos. Twisted Evil
