I can't figure out how to apply my registration info to fully activate SIB. Can someone please help me here??
Also, on my home Windows XP Pro computer, I get this error after starting SIB: Error: PL004 (10048)
I don't get any errors when running it on my laptop with Windows Home Edition.
Help please!

My registration code doesn't work and I cannot get in either.
Come on somebody - is this software real or is it a scam? I cannot get in and I haven't got any message back after three or four messages.
Is this a scam?

I used paypal to purchase this and filed a complaint. There is no support here. It's just a dead end front...
