Hi Spamitback admins, programmers, moderators and responsibles ... WHERE ARE YOU ???

We've serious trouble with your software, many of us bought it (like me) but what I received was a non-working program. My memory is beeing used up. When I enter new spammers they are not addressed, I even can't save the list.

I payed 30 bucks and believe me, I have to work hard for my money. Why are you not responding or fixing the already mentioned hard bugs.

I translated your homepage into German because I thought, you want to change something and for that I was willing to pay.

Do you continue this project or do you retreat ???

If I was you, I would stop using the software.

It seems to me that the writer of the software has left for good.

I would share the software on Bit-Torrent for the whole world to share for free, see how he likes it then.

Hi Pharmamaster -- actually, if you want to post/share this on BitTorrent, by all means do so please. We *need* distribution, and never thought of that. If 1000's of people would use it (or let us know what would entice them to do so), then let us know.

We haven't been able to devote as much time as we'd like to this project because we haven't been able to get as many people as we'd like introduced to the software at once. (Probably because fairly new to marketing/distributing, but if BitTorrent is the way to go, definitely do it. I *can* tell you that if all of the sudden we got 1000+ users using it overnight, we would be able to devote more resources -- partially because [a] it would be very easy to see results literally overnight, [b] short term pain would be long term gain, because we'd have the user base. We definitely appreciate your support and existing users, and are doing the best to provide the best service possible.

In terms of 'money', no, we have not made a lot of 'cash' from this. I believe out of the several hundred hours spent on this (it might actually be closer to 500-600 hours), I think (and it is of course definitely appreciated!!) 'received' in terms of donations/purchases/etc about $300-$400 total. (i.e., about $0.20/hour )

This is a work of 'love' (i.e., not in it for the cash, although it would be nice), but spending time whenever we can.

If we could figure out either [a] how to generate a lot of interest, or [b] make the $$$, then we would be able to devote more resources.

As it is, we are looking at getting a couple new programmers on board that can devote some time. Fort offered some services, so we will probably contact him privately to see what we can do.

Anyways, this project is still alive, it is just a matter of finding the time and resources to work on it.

Yep, Bittorrent would be the way to go, then you can get it out in the public domain.

I would push your software out to the masses but the memmory leak is putting people off. I for one have had to stop using it for now as it tips my server over.

Fix the leak and lets get it out there.

I support the antispam fully. BTW I bet pharmaassmaster got raped by his father and grandfather. His only way at getting back is this childish way of pissing people off. Oh also I am currently using spamitback and spamdspammer with the xmls changed to meet my needs. T1 fully operational BITCH.

How he can still be allowed to operate freely, i dont know. the world will have to get it together at some point. the security companies arent going to help as long as they get to sell us the "cure" for the disease.
