Hello I am new here and newbie to use this kind of software
But i have a problem from the first.
Whenever I launch SpamitBack an error processing request window are showing erorrs below

Error: There was an error loading the spam database.
Please inform spamitback.com with this message: [9 - Subscript out of range]

I have accepted my norton2003　to connect spamitback
I an using a router at default settings
Any other things to do more? or do I have to purchase a bonus version to try this software
ofcourse I am willing to buy if it is really good

I am really tired repoting to the ISP with SPYCOP which does not reduce spam mails at all
any suggestion to solve it would be appreciated. sorry for my poor english ty

I had received it once today. the first time ever. I think it's a connection problem, connecting to them that is.

And no the problem is not solved by "buying" the "special" version (I have the "paid" version). Stick with the one you have.

I will try more with my firewalls and router and also ask an advice from the contact form

At the intro window ,when when I press click here to start
Error: A013 (9)

And also impossible to send message from the chat box
seems its not connected at all
