| not trying to be the stupid question asker, but is there now any diff between the bonus and regular versions? i.e., is a separate new bonus version or has the bonus version been nuked? |

Thanks, that question is ok, not stupid! 
Yes, there are a few differences. Such as ability to use proxies, and submit spammers to the global list. We did recently update that version though (to fix a few bug fixes as well), and plan on making a few new features for the bonus version as well. |
