He was then arrested and charged with several felonies including DUI, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of a firearm.Worley had just been traded this offseason from the Carolina Panthers who had selected him in the third round of the 2016 draft, to the reigning Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles a couple weeks earlier. After the incident and the charges, the Eagles cut their losses along with Worley.Not knowing what his fate would be, he would soon get a call from Jon Gruden. Even with what figured to be an inevitable suspension coming, Gruden and the Raiders wanted to take a chance on him. He was signed to a one-year deal and quickly became the best looking cornerback the Raiders had.That suspension did come. Worley would pled guilty to several charges and was handed a 4-game suspension that started with the season opener.
