Consider if in a dota game, each hero was allowed to autoattack a total of 4 times, and cast two of his spells 2 times each. While this direct comparison does not make sense, it still sounds ridiculous. It seems to me if a dota match is a marathon, an artifact match is a sprint, not even for 100m but for like 20m.
Note that even if you only needed 3 copies of one of those 82 rares, you will still be needing to open 246 packs on average to get the 3 copies of said card. In such a case this card will be super expensive and everything else will cost pennies. In reality all rares in the game will cost around 400$ with the rest of the cards covering the rest (92$).
