Method

SEVERAL. The painting process could be divided into two sorts: STAIN and PAINTED. Among them, the European and Hawaiian markets prefer STAIN refinement. In the US along with Canada, PAINTED accounts for 80%. All SATIN (NC coating) signifies that the wood grain can certainly seen after painting. PAINTED won't see the wood grain at all.
4. General NC covering line process:
Feeding→feeding machine→double-sided coloring machine→force bone conveyor→head primer→force bone conveyor→second diploma primer→force bone conveyor belt→receiving stuff (one bottom side)→according towards same procedure As an additional primer, the total length with the equipment is about 75 meters.

For the cover shade (PAINTED) coating sequence must be 2-3 times more, plus the paint coating is thicker without easy to dry.
One more UV coating, the advantage is always that the coating line is shortest, because the UV drying speed is faster, though the paint is more high-priced.
