raw stuff
Wood has BASSWOOD / LUNG BURNING ASH WOOD / MARUPA / CEDAR / KIRI WOOD (paulownia) and also other Yunnan white wood.
Method
1. Purchase the sheet (ROUGH SAWN TIMBER) and cut it in to the blade/covering/lower rail.
2. Immediately after cutting sanding - painting like a professional lacquering - punching -- assembly

3. The painting process is often divided into two sorts: STAIN and PAINTED. Included in this, the European and Foreign markets prefer STAIN control. In the US in addition to Canada, PAINTED accounts to get 80%. All SATIN (NC coating) ensures that the wood grain can always be seen after painting. PAINTED will not see the wood grain by any means.
4. General NC shell line process: insulated glass
Feeding→feeding machine→double-sided coloring machine→force bone conveyor→head primer→force bone conveyor→second qualification primer→force bone conveyor belt→receiving substance (one bottom side)→according into the same procedure As a second primer, the total length belonging to the equipment is about SEVENTY FIVE meters.
Feeding→primer sanding machine→force bone fragments conveyor belt→dust removal machine→finishing machine→force bone type rounding machine→finishing machine→force bone fragments conveyor→feeding (once side)→according towards same procedure For the other side, the total length of the equipment is about SEVENTY meters.
For the cover colouring (PAINTED) coating sequence has to be 2-3 times more, plus the paint coating is thicker rather than easy to dry.
A different UV coating, the advantage is always that the coating line is quicker, because the UV drying out speed is faster, but the paint is more pricey.
